Visualization, also called imagery or mental rehearsal, is the process whereby internal images are produced consciously.
It can help tennis players reduce anxiety, decrease errors, heighten anticipation, coordination and concentration, enhance self-confidence, accelerate learning, improve stroke precision and performance and facilitate an injured player’s rehabilitation.
