
Print out the circuit document and place in a large circle on the tennis court or indoor facility. This circuit involves body weight exercises and exercises using resistance bands. You can edit to suit your needs.
If there are 8 players in the group, choose 8 of the exercises from the document. Try to alternate upper body with lower body exercises. Rotate players clockwise or anti-clockwise after 1 minute. After completing 8 exercises, players rest for 1 minute in between circuits. Repeat the circuit three times.
