Mini Tennis Backhand – Roll Ball to Partner with Racquet

This exercise promotes knee bend, control, contact and more. Players start in the tramlines and with a short swing roll the ball with the it racquet to eachother trying to keep the ball in the tramlines. Progress to a bigger swing. To make it more difficult, one player can move back to the baseline.
