SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:
Pizza Night
A fun tournament followed by pizza.
Quiz Night
A fun quiz night on various topics.
Christmas Show
Juniors take part in a show with singing, dancing & music.
Karaoke Night
Juniors take turns singing popular songs into a microphone over pre-recorded tracks.
Make-Up Night
Invite a make-up artist to give make-up tips.
Junior Club Afternoon
Fun tennis games and matches after school.
American Tournament & Barbeque
Play short sets and rotate players followed by barbeque.
Themed Tournament
Players get to dress up in different outfits based on the theme e.g. Wimbledon, Favourite Tennis players or Summer theme.
Bring a Friend
Members can invite a friend outside of the club to play in a fun social tournament.
Have a Junior Committee made up of juniors
By having a junior committee made up of juniors, they come up with ideas and events to run. It is a great way for them to feel involved and voice their suggestions.
Fun Tennis or Multi Sport Camp
Camps are a great way for players to make friends and to get to know lots of other players in a fun environment.
Transition Year Social Tennis (TY Tennis)
Weekly social tennis sessions with juniors in Transition year.
Supervised Tennis
Usually run by students over the summer months involving fun games, matchplay & events.
Recycling Project
Juniors come up with suggestions on how the tennis club can become more eco-friendly.
Easter Egg Hunt
Juniors are placed into teams and have to search for the Easter eggs around the club.
Video Game Afternoon / Night
Juniors play tennis video games against each other in the club.
Fun Tennis Ball Faces
Who can draw the best or funniest face on a tennis ball?
