The head coach, director of tennis, tennis professional or club coach often do many hours that they don’t get paid for. It is nice to volunteer and do some hours for free but if you are consistently doing lots of extra hours and not getting paid for them, it can be a problem. Sometimes the club isn’t aware that you are doing these additional hours, so a good idea is to put them all down in a document and send it to them. Once they realize, then you may well get paid for them.
