Back to Work Coaching Tennis after Lockdown!

After four and a half months of lockdown in Ireland, I was delighted to get back to work yesterday. As you can see from the photos, my club Elm Park Golf & Sports Club is looking fantastic. They’ve put a lot of work into keeping the club well maintained and made some great improvements.

I woke up this morning, a bit sore, tired and a croaky voice 😂. I haven’t been used to standing up for more than 4 hours in a row, having to speak a bit louder and more regularly and also using all the muscles in the body when playing tennis! I loved it though!

I have to admit, I was a bit anxious about getting back to work, seeing so many people again. Once I was there it was great seeing by fellow coach Victoria, some of the staff and the members. I felt so much better being back on court and more at ease.
