Hi all, I’ve had some requests on how to do Overlays in videos. No matter what software or device you use, this is a simple way to do it. I use PowerDirector 365 on Windows 10 but you can do this in mobile apps such as KineMaster. This could be useful if you want to compare a player before and after a change in technique or depending on the level of player, compare them with a pro player.
1. Place the two videos you want to use on separate timelines as shown in image 1. (Ideally they are from a similar viewpoint).

2. On the second video, change the opacity of the video to 50% in the settings as shown in image 2. (On PowerDirector, I double click on the 2nd video to go into the settings.)

3. Produce the video.
