In this tennis lesson, I train Mary Vitinaros and break down why her shots keep flying out or going into the net. We work on the backhand, the forehand with topspin (“under, then over the ball”), body weight transfer, footwork and balance. We also play three matches where she gets the full court and a 5-0 head start while I only have half a court. The key lesson: do you prefer to smash the ball or to win? If you want to hit more consistently, make fewer unforced errors and get more control over your power, this session is for you.
