How to analyse an opponent’s play during a match? With Uma Bogso |ONE HOUR TRANSFORMATION -Episode 7
In this episode, I had the opportunity to work with Uma, a 10-year-old with fantastic technique who hits the ball very well.
Because Uma spends some time in Africa and some time in Europe, she does not have as much match play as others her age. Today, we focused on learning how to analyse an opponent’s play and problem solve during a match, making adaptations to capitalise on weaknesses and mitigate strengths.
We put this into practice across a series of short matches in this video – with Uma improving and finally winning a series, thanks to her ability to adapt! Watch this video if you too want to learn how to break down an opponent’s game, and become better at adapting during match play.
