Our beach fitness sessions are a key part of our training programme, bringing players out of their comfort zone and into a dynamic, natural environment. Working on the sand allows us to develop agility, coordination, explosiveness, and balance – all essential qualities for high-level tennis performance – while also reducing impact on the body.
In the videos featured in this post, our Fitness Director, Sergi Valldaura, is leading an intensive session with Team Stockholm, who joined us last week. Through a variety of engaging and challenging exercises, the players are pushed to improve their movement, reaction, and overall athleticism in a fun yet demanding setting right by the sea.
